1. Return Eligibility
You may return items within 30 days of receipt if they meet the following conditions:

The product is unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

All original tags and packaging are intact.

A receipt or proof of purchase is provided.
Please Note: Items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for return or refund.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, follow these steps:

Contact our customer service team at support@cardicanis.store to request a return. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on where and how to send back the item.

Ship the item using a trackable shipping service to ensure it reaches us safely.
3. Refund Process
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process your refund to the original method of payment.

Refund Timing: Refunds typically take 5-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Shipping Costs: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a product defect or error on our part (see below for details).
4. Return/Refund for Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at support@cardicanis.store with the following information:

Photo(s) of the damaged or defective item

A description of the issue
We will provide you with a prepaid return label and arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including any shipping fees.
5. Return/Refund for Missing or Lost Packages
If your order does not arrive within the expected delivery window, please reach out to us at support@cardicanis.store. We will contact the shipping carrier to investigate. If the package is confirmed lost, we will either issue a refund or send a replacement item at no additional cost to you.
6. Canceling Orders
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After this window, your order may already be processed, and you will need to follow the return process outlined above. If the cancellation is successful, we will issue a full refund.
7. Return/Refund for Changed Mind or Wrong Size
If you’ve changed your mind or ordered the wrong size, you can return the item following the process outlined in section 2. Please note that you will be responsible for return shipping costs in these cases unless the return is due to an error on our part.
8. Non-Refundable Items
Certain items are not eligible for refunds, including:
